2016 (I know, wrong gen) manual trans torque bind?

This s much more common on the CVT cars since they use transfer clutches to transmit power to the rear. This sounds like either a front or center differential bind. For the transfer clutches, its common to break them in by doing figure 8's in a parking lot (forward and reverse). You don't need to drive fast.

I'm not sure this will work for your center clutch since its a completely different design, but its worth a shot. Out of curiosity, what fluid did you put in?
Do the manual transmissions not use a center differential over clutch packs?

The manual transmission does use a center differential but my component break down doesn't go into center diff inspection as you basically just replace it if bad.

Do you have a part# and maybe what other years/models it's been used in? I'm curious if there's a junkyard subie i can pull and look at for knowledge's sake
