Since this thread is showing some life again, I'd just like to share an annoying issue, of which I'm not sure which app is causing:

When I am listening to Accuradio on my phone in the car, whenever they have a ad, the volume cuts out about 2 seconds into the ad, and remains silent until the next song plays.......
