Seems like mostly cosmetic damage to the door and front quarter panel (both removed) but vehicle gets put on a rack to check the unibody for distortion before the reconstruction. Cars like ours are designed to disipate and absorb impact energy through deformation/distortion to protect the occupants.
The R+I marking means the adjuster authorizes a charge for the shop to Remove and Inspect parts, sometimes to prep for painting. This vehicle looks like a side impact torqued the door hinges so they have to deal with those before rehanging the door. There are some parts marked bent, like the rocker panel, that need to be straightened.
The shop will get new replacement panels/door and deal with the odd bits before painting the side up to the roof rail. Luckily, it looks like the front wheel was not involved in the impact as that might open a bunch of mechanical concerns. Mostly body work and painting.
