Does anyone know of any pre-fitted privacy shades that I could use to black-out all the windows?

Try looking for ones that fit 18+ Crosstrek. Same body unless you're driving a sedan...

Ended up finding a kit specifically for my model 2017 Subaru Impreza Windshield Sun Shade - Custom Fit Sunshade | WeatherTech

A bit pricey though, so if anyone else has any experience with others please feel free to share

Any chance you're located near SF Bay Area? I have the full WeatherTech set for local sale. I've moved on to tent camping and don't sleep in the car anymore.

It works great, silver on one side and black on the other, so you can use it black facing outside in winter and silver facing outside in summer to keep the heat in or out.
