What I can add to the discussion is that two manufacturers have added great additions to chassis rigidity for this generation. Cusco has a rear shock tower brace, and Nameless Performance has a great one piece front strut tower brace. I have both installed on my car and even before swapping to BC Racing coil overs the handling tightened up immensely.

So to clarify:

Base = No Rear Sway Bar
Premium, Limited, Sport = Yes Rear Sway Bar

Correct?
You are correct.

My base has a sway bar though. It really isn't a big deal to install.

Because of the extreme stiffness of the new global platform all suspensions have been tuned for comfort. The Sport is tuned a little tighter and has TQ-Vectoring and the 18 inch tires.
Any idea how this "tuning" was done? I'm trying to make it more sporty than comfortable... was hoping its something i can just take a wrench to and tighten!
