"Lacklustre powertrain in any Impreza variant, let alone the price-topping flagship version; Value equation not quite as compelling as the more affordable 2.0i-L variant; Over-styled interior treatment won't be to some prospective buyers' tastes"
I totally agree...
And add to that: "Some hard, scratchy plastics lower down in the cabin... Fuel consumption could be better... Hard to get a good launch"
Not that I don`t like the current Impreza, but I bet if it wasn`t for the historical value these have then it wouldn`t have done so well. Always felt this could have been a sportier Impreza but it has become more family oriented, thankfully it still is deserving of the Impreza name.
