I just looked at your picture again, my JDM headlights clearly had wires in those empty ones in your picture.

Are there any wires that might have gotten unpinned during shipping? or are they all still connected to the 16 pin plug?

Its really starting to look like there are 3 wires missing from your LED housings, since all the other slots were still taken up by wires that we do not need to use.

Total wires connected to your 16 pin plug should be 15 wires.

Seems like they sold it after removing the high beam +, high beam -, and DRL bright positive wires.

The DRL bright positive wire is for the C lights, and could be considered an extra wire. I soldered mine to a 12v power when car turns on.

The DRL bright positive, even when not connected to anything, the C lights will still turn on. There have been reports that it could cause the C light to burn out quicker when not connected but nothing definitive. (Brightness might be affected).

Yeah I soldered my C-light "Bright +" into the Sport's bumper DRL's positive power. Without that wire though (and this is for me, who went full guessing game with my plugs,) they only become bright with the headlights on, off entirely with the headlights off, and just dim, whether in drive or park, when the parking lights are turned on. So however I have mine wired up, I needed the DRL Bright + to have the OEM functionality of "bright when in drive, even with headlights off"
