Hello and good morning! I just joined and I'm interested in learning all I can about this great new generation 5 Subaru Impreza. I'm interested in the Island Blue Pearl-colored 2018 Subaru Impreza 2.0i 5-speed model. I am waiting for one to arrive at a dealer somewhat near me. Looking forward to asking questions and learning more about these cars.

This one would be my first, yes. No, I haven't test-driven one yet.

You might test drive the standard and the CVT. I got a standard Cross Trek in 2015 and it was so sluggish, (3rd gear on the highway) on the mountain roads that I swapped it for a Rav4 (same dealer). I always had a standard but I think the CVT might have more pep. Also I was coming from an old standard Golf.
