Urgently looking for instructions on how to remove the rear bumper

No longer urgently needed, but would like to have them anyway. I had my car stuck in the garage entryway wedged and had corner of the bumper caught trapping me in place. I wanted to remove the bumper to get out, but after all I was able to get out by sticking in cardboard sheet between the bumper and the siding and sliding out (just in case anyone else ever gets into this situation)...
