I have been working on my 2018 Impreza Hatch, especially in the cosmetic department, and I have been looking around to see if its possible to replace/add the turn signal in the side mirrors on the base model. I know that some newer Imprezas have the turn signal built in, but I was going to see if there is an aftermarket option or possible straight from the Subaru parts website and add those on. OR if its even possible to add those in lol

I wish it was super simple to do from Subaru. As for the mirror, the body is slightly different from the models with the turn signal to those that don't have it. It would bolt on, but don't know that the wiring in the door would be complete as it shows a difference in the wiring harness for the doors depending on grade. Feel free to PM me or drop the last 8 of your VIN and I can try to figure out if the door has the wiring in it already. I've attached the picture from the catalog to give you an idea of the mirror construction.
