Hello I’m pretty new to the forums... I have a quick question about updating my head unit... I asked if there were an update at my dealership and they told me there is, but because I’m past the 36k warranty I would have to pay $100 to get it updated. I was fuming so I spoke to the manager and he finally caved in, but said he would not do it again. I don’t see how that’s fair or right just for a stupid software update because I don’t have the navigation. Did anyone else run into this problem? I have a 17 sport with 50k miles.
