I just did this with my buddy it took us about an hour and a half but we Kilmated the whole thing to since I'm a bass head. But there is no adhesive in it. And there is only the 3 Clips in the back and a few wires holding it on. I suggest taking everything off of the ceiling and pulling it down to check and see where the connections are and from there pull it out the back and pop the new one in.

No problem yeah it was a pain in the ass to get it here but it's worth it if your trying to black it out like I did
