Should Engine Oil Temp Be 110C?

I have a 2019 Impreza. I'm in Canada and the weather had been about 33C. I noticed the engine oil at 110C although the radiator was showing normal temps. Normally I see the oil temp at about 95-99C.

Is it normal for engine oil temps be over 100C?
